Fitment:
- Compatible with all Honda Rancher 420 and Foreman 500/520 foot-shift ATVs. Also fits 2015+ Rubicon 500/520 models.
- Fits electric-shift 420/500/520 ATVs and Pioneer 500/520 models, but these applications require a SpeedoDRD for proper shifting.
Important Fitment Note:
- Does not fit Rancher or Rubicon models with automatic shift mode, including DCT or FA models.
Installation Notes:
Professional installation required. We recommend installing new Terache Super-Grip clutch discs with your gear reduction (only use Terache clutches or new OEM). Always remove the OEM crankshaft primary gear washer. 60% reductions include stiffer clutch springs. Always install the Terache primary gear thrust washer onto the crankshaft. Always use motor oil with a JASO-MA rating. Older air-cooled Foreman models require significant modifications to fit these gears.
