The 60% Honda Gear Reduction is designed for riders who need much lower gearing for huge tires and thick mud. By replacing the OEM primary gear components, this reduction delivers a lower gear ratio that helps improve low-end torque, throttle control, and overall drivability in tough conditions.

This gear reduction replaces OEM part numbers 22100-HP0-A00 and 23120-HP0-A00.

Fitment:
Compatible with Honda Rancher 420 and Honda Foreman 500/520 models. Also fits 2015+ Honda Rubicon 500/520, electric shift ATVs, and Honda Pioneer 500/520 models.

Important Fitment Note:
Electric shift ATVs and Pioneer 500/520 models require a SpeedoDRD for proper shifting.

Does Not Fit:
Does not fit Rancher or Rubicon models with automatic shift mode, including DCT or FA models.

Installation Notes:
Professional installation required. We recommend installing new Terache Super-Grip clutch discs with your gear reduction. Always remove the OEM crankshaft primary gear washer. 60% reductions include stiffer clutch springs. Always install the Terache primary gear thrust washer onto the crankshaft. Always use motor oil with a JASO-MA rating. Older air-cooled Foreman models require significant modifications to fit these gears.

Each Terache Gear reduction is backed by a Limited 10 year Warranty, ensuring protection against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser. Professional installation is required to retain this warranty. Furthermore, Terache offers coverage of up to $1,000.00 of parts and labor to replace a gear reduction and repair any damage resulting from gear failure. Please note that all warranty claims will undergo review and require approval from the Terache technical team. This warranty does not cover damaged related to improper installation, always refer to the OEM service manual.
