Description

60% Gear Reduction compatible with Rancher 420 and Foreman 500/520. Also fits 2015+ Rubicon 500/520. Also fits electric shift ATVs and Pioneer 500/520, but they require a speedoDRD for proper shifting.
*Does not fit Rancher or Rubicon with automatic shift mode (DCT or FA models)*
This gear reduction replaces OEM part numbers 22100-HP0-A00 and 23120-HP0-A00 to achieve a lower gear ratio. We recommend installing new OEM clutch disks with your gear reduction. Always remove the OEM crankshaft primary gear washer. 60% reductions include stiffer clutch springs. If your gear reduction includes a Terache primary gear washer, we recommend installing it onto the crankshaft.

Warranty

Each Terache Gear reduction is backed by a Limited 10 year Warranty, ensuring protection against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser. Professional installation recommended. Furthermore, Terache offers coverage of up to $1,000.00 for parts and labor to replace the gear reduction and repair any damage resulting from gear failure. Please note that all warranty claims will undergo review and require approval from the Terache technical team.
