The Terache HD Pioneer 500/520 Axles are engineered to handle the added stress of oversized Aztex mud tires, lift kits, raked arms, and demanding off-road riding. Built as a major upgrade over the factory axles, these HD axles feature 25% larger shafts and CV joints than OEM for increased strength, durability, and improved operating angle.

Fits all Honda Pioneer 500 and Honda Pioneer 520 models.

Important Note:
These axles are larger than factory. You are responsible for checking clearance and ensuring there is no interference with any custom suspension modifications.

Terache Heavy Duty CV Axles have a 1-year or 5000 mile limited warranty against mechanical defects. This warranty excludes CV boots and/or axle damage caused by torn CV boots. The warranty does not cover issues related to improper installation. This warranty does not apply to replacement axles.

Warranty Process: It can be difficult to determine if a CV boot tore before or after CV joint failure. Therefore, most warrantees will require a 50$ replacement fee. Contact us via the Terache.com chat and provide your order number, a description of the failure, and pictures of the axle. Terache will email a return label (axles should be received in their original box). The replacement fee may be waived at the discretion of the Terache technical team. A maximum of one replacement warranty axle may be sent out for each axle purchased.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the Continental US. Because we are located in Southern California and Atlanta, local customers often receive their orders even faster. We currently do not ship internationally.
