The Terache Heavy Duty Honda ATV Axles are engineered to handle the added stress of oversized mud tires, aggressive riding, and demanding off-road conditions. Constructed from chromoly and 4340 steel, these axles are built for superior strength, durability, and long-term performance.

Terache HD Honda ATV Axles feature larger shafts and larger CV joints than OEM, providing increased strength and improved operating angles for lifted and modified machines. High-angle joints make these axles compatible with 2-inch lift kits, giving riders the clearance and articulation needed for serious mud and trail use.

These axles use a single-plunge design with long-travel inner CVs, helping prevent the common axle pop-out issue while maintaining smooth power delivery through the suspension range. They are the ideal axle upgrade for Honda ATV owners running oversized Aztex mud tires, lift kits, and other high-demand modifications.

Note: Rubicon 700 and late model Rincon 680s use a steel upper control arm that may rub the inner cc boot with some lift kits or sway bar mods. Clearanceing the upper control arm is recommend, we do not cover CV boot damage of any kind. These axles are larger than factory; you are responsible for ensuring there is no interference with any custom suspension modifications.

Terache Heavy Duty CV Axles have a 1-year or 5000 mile limited warranty against mechanical defects. This warranty excludes CV boots and/or axle damage caused by torn CV boots. The warranty does not cover issues related to improper installation. This warranty does not apply to replacement axles.

Warranty Process: It can be difficult to determine if a CV boot tore before or after CV joint failure. Therefore, most warrantees will require a 50$ replacement fee. Contact us via the Terache.com chat and provide your order number, a description of the failure, and pictures of the axle. Terache will email a return label (axles should be received in their original box). The replacement fee may be waived at the discretion of the Terache technical team. A maximum of one replacement warranty axle may be sent out for each axle purchased.

How much is shipping, and are there any extra fees?

We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the Continental US. Because we are located in Southern California and Atlanta, local customers often receive their orders even faster. We currently do not ship internationally.
