Engineered to withstand the increased stress associated with oversized mud tire applications—such as Terache Aztex series tires—these heavy-duty axles deliver the strength and reliability required for extreme off-road use.

Designed specifically for 2024+ Can-Am G3 Outlander models, this upgrade features XMR 1000–sized CV joints, providing significantly enhanced durability over standard factory components. The larger CV design improves torque handling capacity and reduces the risk of failure under high-load conditions, making them ideal for lifted machines and aggressive riding environments.

Manufactured from high-strength materials and precision-engineered for a direct-fit installation, these axles are built to perform in mud, water, and rugged terrain without compromise.

Important Fitment Note:
These axles feature larger-than-OEM dimensions. It is the installer’s responsibility to verify proper clearance with any aftermarket suspension components, lift kits, or custom modifications to prevent interference.

Can Am

Terache Heavy Duty CV Axles have a 1-year or 5000 mile limited warranty against mechanical defects. This warranty excludes CV boots and/or axle damage caused by torn CV boots. The warranty does not cover issues related to improper installation. This warranty does not apply to replacement axles.

Warranty Process: It can be difficult to determine if a CV boot tore before or after CV joint failure. Therefore, most warrantees will require a 50$ replacement fee. Contact us via the Terache.com chat and provide your order number, a description of the failure, and pictures of the axle. Terache will email a return label (axles should be received in their original box). The replacement fee may be waived at the discretion of the Terache technical team. A maximum of one replacement warranty axle may be sent out for each axle purchased.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the Continental US. Because we are located in Southern California and Atlanta, local customers often receive their orders even faster. We currently do not ship internationally.
