Ultimate 60% Honda Gear Reduction
Built for riders who want the strongest, smoothest 60% reduction available for Honda ATV and UTV applications. After repeated requests for a premium 60% option, we developed a forged-gear reduction inspired by the proven design of our G3 Can-Am reduction.
The tooth profile and gear mesh have been carefully refined to deliver exceptionally smooth, quiet operation while providing the lower gearing needed for larger tires, technical terrain, and demanding riding conditions.
The clutch basket assembly is riveted in the same manner as the OEM Honda assembly it replaces, maintaining the factory-style fastening method for secure and reliable construction.

Fitment:
Compatible with Honda Rancher 420 and Foreman 500/520 foot-shift ATVs. Also fits 2015+ Rubicon 500/520 models.
Fits electric-shift 420/500/520 ATVs and Pioneer 500/520 models, but these applications require a SpeedoDRD for proper shifting.
Important Fitment Note:
Does not fit Rancher or Rubicon models with automatic shift mode, including DCT or FA models.
This gear reduction replaces OEM part numbers 22100-HP0-A00 and 23120-HP0-A00 to achieve a lower gear ratio. We recommend installing new Terache clutch discs during installation. Always remove the OEM crankshaft primary gear washer.
Older air-cooled Foreman models require significant modifications to fit these gears.
