Terache Aztex XX Extreme ATV Mud Tire
The Aztex XX is built for riders who want maximum forward drive in deep mud. This is Terache’s extreme ATV mud tire, designed for soft bottoms, deep holes, skeg, and race-style mud riding where clean-out, bite, and wheel speed matter.
The XX runs true-to-height at 5 PSI and is taller and lighter than any remotely comparable mud tires. With a 2.5" center tread depth increasing to over 3" at the shoulder, the XX delivers serious lug depth without feeling overly stiff or dead underneath the machine.
Its aggressive flat tread face provides strong bite in deep mud, while the corner paddles are designed to pull the machine forward instead of digging straight down. Many racers compare the XX’s pulling power to a cut and scooped tire, but with the convenience and durability of a production mud tire.
Despite the aggressive tread design, the XX remains flexible and surprisingly smooth for an extreme mud tire. Its carcass compliance helps it work through ruts, absorb terrain, and maintain traction instead of bouncing or fighting the machine.
Important Note:
The Aztex XX is an extreme mud tire designed specifically for ATVs. Because of the large lug height, wide tread spacing, and aggressive tread pattern, handling on hard surfaces will be affected. The XX uses a competition rubber compound, making it softer than the Aztex XL.
