Ultimate Honda DCT Gear Reduction

The Ultimate Honda DCT Gear Reduction is built for riders who need a serious gearing upgrade for larger tires, deep mud, technical terrain, and demanding off-road conditions. This is an all-new billet forged assembly with zero reused parts, engineered for strength, precision, and dependable performance.

The tooth profile and gear mesh have been carefully refined to deliver exceptionally smooth, quiet operation while providing the lower gearing needed for tough riding conditions. This chromoly forged and heat-treated gear set is built for increased strength, durability, and long-term reliability. Retains the factory damping design while upgrading to a precision billet aluminum hub assembly.

Fitment:
Fits 2009+ Honda 420, 500, and 520 DCT automatic ATV models.

Important Fitment Note:
Professional installation is required. Installation requires clearancing of the transmission clutch cover spacer to fit the larger gear. This can be completed by removing the spacer assembly and carefully clearancing it with a burr. Some models may require recalibrating the speed sensors. We do not recommend using auto shift mode with the gear reduction.

Each Terache Gear reduction is backed by a Limited 10 year Warranty, ensuring protection against manufacturing defects for the original purchaser. Professional installation is required to retain this warranty. Furthermore, Terache offers coverage of up to $1,000.00 of parts and labor to replace a gear reduction and repair any damage resulting from gear failure. Please note that all warranty claims will undergo review and require approval from the Terache technical team. This warranty does not cover damaged related to improper installation, always refer to the OEM service manual.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the Continental US. Because we are located in Southern California and Atlanta, local customers often receive their orders even faster. We currently do not ship internationally.
