Factory Honda tie rods use smaller shafts and aluminum tie rod ends, which can bend or loosen quickly under the added stress of oversized tires, portal gear lifts, and aggressive riding. Our heavy duty tie rod kit is designed to handle that abuse while keeping steering precise and reliable.
Unlike many aftermarket tie rod kits, these tie rod ends maintain a sealed factory-style design with a high-quality rubber boot. This helps keep mud, water, and debris out of the joint for longer service life and lower maintenance. After repeated OEM tie rod failures on our own test rigs, including loose factory tie rods after one ride on new 2026 units, we built this kit to deliver the strength serious riders need without giving up sealed-joint protection.
Fitment:
Fits all new body style 2014+ Honda Foreman 500 and 520 ATVs, as well as 2015+ Honda Rubicon 500/520 models. Also use these if you have a 2015+ Honda 420 IRS. May fit other models, but fitment is not guaranteed.
Installation Note:
You must align your steering after installing this HD tie rod kit. Every ATV may require a slightly different alignment, especially if you are running a front bracket lift. Follow the Honda OEM service manual procedure for setting the alignment on your ATV.
